This usually contains a lot of added sugar that increases the calorie level significantly. If you still want to stick to granola, it is better that you prepare it yourself with oatmeal and fruit.

Veggie burgers might seem another good option when you are on a diet. But these burgers contain large amounts of hidden fats.

Veggie burgers have, indeed, fewer calories than meat burgers but they don’t lack at this chapter. They usually come with lots of cheese and dressings that are high in calories. So make sure that you avoid them as much as possible.
