If you’re thinking to yourself how the first date went, you’re probably unsure of what really happened. If you asked her questions, did she reply easy, or did she raise her brows, give you a strange look as if it’s a clich, typical or boring thing to say? Did she want to know more about you? If she asks you about your life that’s a sign of interest. Did any awkward silent moments take place during the conversation? You should keep away from such moments as much as you can. If you don’t know what to say, try to look around see if there’s anything in sight you could talk of.

Her body language. How was she moving her hands, was she standing stiff, or was she waving her hands a lot? If she was moving her hands a lot, that’s a good sign, it means she wants to communicate with you more. If she was playing with her hair while talking with you, that’s another good sign. A bad sign is when she doesn’t move with her arms closed; she’s probably indifferent or feeling uncomfortable. If you tried to relax her with a funny story, that’s a great way to make her feel more comfortable. Was she leaning in to you when talking, or was she sitting back and just nodding her head to everything you we’re saying? Leaning in to you is a sign of interest.

Touching phase. Did you touch her, and if so, how did she react? If you didn’t even try to touch her, that’s unquestionably a minus. If you took her hand and she reacted well, that’s a plus. Did you try to kiss her, if so, how did she respond? You don’t have to kiss her the first date but sometimes it’s OK to show her you want to kiss her, so if you tried and she rejected you, most of the time it’s not a bad thing, it just means she doesn’t wish to give you a kiss just yet.
