You probably think that being nice and acting nice won’t get you the girl of your dreams. Sure, you’ll get her to notice you, but she’ll probably just pass you over for that scruffy-looking guy who’s riding a mean bike and wearing leather pants.

Women keep saying that all they really want is a nice guy. But there’s more to that. You need confidence and charisma. You also need great communication skills and respect for women. If you look good and assure yourself that you do, your chances go up as well.

If the most attractive girl in the room gave you a chance at some small talk, do you think she’d even pay attention to you if you were nervous and bashful? Confidence is at the top of the list of qualities that attract women. So you have to be bold in your words and actions.

If you know how to handle the competition from other men, women will be attracted to you in no time. This is because women want macho guys who can still be themselves. You don’t need to bring up the latest games, or own the latest car, or even have the largest biceps. All you need is to forget your insecurities and you’ll catch her eye for sure.

Women want men who know how to control the situation. Making a decision should be an easy task for a man. Play the hero, save the day and get that girl–as long as you still know what’s going on. Women will know if you’re just putting on a show. If something goes wrong on a date, don’t be indecisive. Even independent women can be damsels-in-distress.

Women like to be treated well, even like royalty to some degree. It’s a huge plus when she hears you treat your mother or other women really well. It also says a lot on the kind of guy you are, that being nice isn’t an act or a put-on behavior.

Think before you speak. Women don’t appreciate indecent language. Women don’t want to feel like she’s in a men’s locker room; they want courtesy and kind regards. Act the gentleman, and even the most independent woman in the world wouldn’t be able to say no to you. Prove that chivalry isn’t dead–open doors, carry bags.

Be polite, be on your best behavior, and treat women with respect. Nice guys don’t finish last; they get the girl of their dreams.
